It will cover how consumer finance companies continue to evade and violate state laws and regulations. How to address misrepresentations, fraud and faulty contract language that subjects unsuspecting consumers to usurious interest amounts and devastating collection efforts. It will also cover the basis for recent lawsuits against several national lenders that have shed light on the current deceptive practices and behavior of these companies.
